To take advantage of our opportunity to test our services for free you need to:

  2. Fill out the form that opens with your details, including name, email, phone number.
  3. Choose the correct device on which you want to test it.
    After a few minutes you will receive an email from NimiTV with the necessary details to access NimiTV services.

How do I subscribe to NimiTV?

You can subscribe in two ways.
  1. Online.
  2. By calling customer service.
Instructions for subscribing online:
  1. Open the NimiTV.com page
  2. Click on “Order package”.
  3. Choose between the “3 in 1” plan that includes up to three devices at the same time, or “Mobile Plan”, so you can watch only on your smartphone.
  4. Select the monthly package you want.
  5. Provide the necessary payment information, and confirm the order.
  6. After confirming payment, you will receive the necessary data to access our services via your device.

What should the internet speed be?

NimiTV always offers the best quality available.

Our recommended speed is:

For home devices (TV, STB, SmartTV) – you must have a minimum internet connection of 5.0 Mgbs.

For mobile devices (Phone and tablet) – you must have a minimum internet connection of 3.0 Mgbs.

Is NimiTV wireless or wired?

NimiTV is both wireless and wired. If necessary, our system works with a cable, but it also works wirelessly for devices that can connect to WiFi. It is up to you whether you want it wireless or wired, as the quality is excellent with both types of connections.

Do I need a satellite to watch NimiTV?

No, with NimiTV you can choose the STB box that we send you by mail, or you can connect through our apps. Physical installation is not required for anything. You can watch your favorite channels within minutes after receiving your package or data for your APP.

Which TV channels are available on NimiTV?

Where can I watch Big Brother VIP Albania Live?

NimiTV has the rights to broadcast BBVIP Albania's shows to the diaspora in Europe. You can watch BBVIP Albania on your phone, TV or computer through the NimiTV application.

Are there radio stations on NimiTV?

Yes, we have every Albanian language radio station available to you under the “Radio” option on the NimiTV platform.

What is VOD?

VOD, or video on demand, is a service through which you can watch movies and shows that we have featured in our "on demand" section and that are free to watch at any time.

How do I record my favorite shows?

NimiTV has a great option that automatically records the main channels for 7 days in a row for 24 hours. NimiTV records all channel content for 7 days and for 24 hours continuously, to ensure that if you forget to record your favorite show, you can find it in our automatic recording catalog, search for it by name and time, and play it whenever you want.

What is EPG?

EPG or “electronic program guide” allows you to see what shows are playing in real time. It is a digital guide that also allows you to view the program schedule in advance so that you don’t miss any shows.

How do I know if NimiTV has new updates, or new channels?

NimiTV also includes a special notification system that sends messages to your TV, tablet, or mobile device to provide details about what updates are taking place, and which new channels will be added.

How can I find my device's identification code (ID)?

Your device's identification code (ID) can be found under “Settings,” and then select “Device info.” Once you follow these two steps, a table will appear and you will see your device's identification code.

If I order a STB Box (decoder) from you, how long does it take to arrive at my address?

Once we receive your order, we ship the decoder from the NimiTV warehouse within 24 hours.
It then takes two to five (2-5) business days to arrive at your address, depending on your location.

Is it necessary to order HDMI cables, batteries, and other accessories for the STB Box?

Not necessary. All accessories, including the HDMI cable, the remote control with batteries, and the mains cable, are included in the decoder package.

If I want a STB Box with WiFi, do I have to pay extra?

No, WiFi is free, and included in the STB Box.

How do I know when my subscription will expire?

Your subscription expiration date will be displayed on the main menu at all times. You will also receive an expiration notification message three (3) days before your subscription expires.

How do I re-subscribe after my subscription has expired?

You can do this in two ways, by calling us at +41-44-578-88-99, or online:
  • Open NimiTV.com
  • Click on “Re-subscribe”.
  • Add your account number.
  • Add your last name.
  • After verifying your identity, you can choose the subscription period.
  • Add payment details.
  • Confirm the order, and everything is ready.

How do I find my account number?

You can find your account number by opening the main menu on the NimiTV platform. Then click down to the “Settings” option. After clicking on the “Settings” button, another option titled “Account Information” will appear. Click on “Account Information,” and your account number will be displayed.

How do I unblock blocked channels?

You will receive an email with a pin code to unblock blocked channels. If you have lost this, you can contact us via live chat on our website, call us, or contact us via email, and we will send you the pin code.

How do I recommend the NimiTV platform to a friend?

It's easy and rewarding for you! For every friend you refer, you get a free month of subscription to the NimiTV platform! To refer a friend, you just need to tell them to call you to place their order. When ordering, advise your friend to mention your full name and phone number so that we can add the additional free month to your account.

I downloaded the APP, but the screen shows that there is an error (Error.)

I have turned on the STB Box (Decoder) and the indicator “NO SIGNAL” appears. What should I do?

This is easily fixed. It probably means that the HDMI cable is not plugged in properly. Please make sure that the HDMI cable is plugged into your STB Box, as well as into your TV. If the HDMI cable is plugged into the HDMI 2 input, make sure that you select the HDMI 2 option on your TV.
